What to expect

We answer support email in the order it arrives, usually within a few days during the open beta.
Security reports are read first.
Privacy requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
Include your hero’s name, what happened, when, and which browser you used.

Email [email protected] with the steps to reproduce the problem.
Do not access other players’ data, disrupt the game or test with denial-of-service.
Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
